What is Cocaine Anonymous?
Cocaine Anonymous is a fellowship of men and women who share their experience, strength, and hope with each other so that they may solve their common problem and help others to recover from their addiction.
The only requirement for membership is a desire to stop using cocaine and all other mind-altering substances.
There are no dues or fees for membership; we are fully self supporting through our own contributions.
We are not allied with any sect, denomination, politics, organization, or institution.
We do not wish to engage in any controversy and we neither endorse nor oppose any cause. Our primary purpose is to stay free from cocaine and all other mind-altering substances, and to help others achieve the same freedom.
We use the Twelve Step Recovery Program because it has already been proven that the Twelve Step Recovery Program works.
(Reprinted in part from “The Preamble” of Cocaine Anonymous.)
There are some 25 Cocaine Anonymous meetings a week in the Edmonton region and more in other parts of the Northern Alberta area including Leduc. If you have a drug problem, we can help.
Plus, even though we are not related to them in any way we conduct meetings or information sessions at many Edmonton and other Alberta treatment centres, facilities and recovery places.
We often refer to Cocaine Anonymous as “CA” or “C.A.” for short. As in “there are plenty of CA meetings in Edmonton”.
Don’t call your dealer. Instead, call the help line, find a meeting. There are lots of us. We have found recovery and recovery is here for you too.
